It has been my experience, that depending on the complexity of the rhinoplasty, it can be performed without any undue burden or complications at the same time as a facelift. That said, there is outcomes based evidence indicating that the complication rate for cosmetic surgery begins to increase at a statistically significant rate when the length of the operation is beyond 4 hours.
