You would be a great candidate for the Mastopexy procedure! This can be done with or without the use of implants to give you the lift and look you would like. During the procedure, the areola is also reduced using the "lolly-pop" approach. This is generally explained during your consultation with your selected surgeon.

From a tummy standpoint, losing 20 after your procedure would only make it look better as the TT will make your belly very tight.
