Wait until you see your final result (10 to 12 months). Trust your doctor and follow his instructions. It’s impossible to evaluate a final outcome with 30 days post op. But have in mind that you have an advanced degree of baldness and you’ll probably need another surgery in the future to treat your hairloss.

Normally this number of grafts produces more density than observed, but many factors interfere in this result such as: post-operative care, clinical hairloss associated, distribution of this amount of grafts, among others. As every patient with advanced baldness, you’ll need another surgery to increase volume. So, talk with your doctor about the master plan, that is a future plan to treat your baldness.

Chest, shoulders and back skin have more tendency to keloid formation after surgery or other healing process as acne. It’s very rare to have keloids in the scalp after hair transplant surgery.

There are many clinics in Turkey, some of them are very good and managed by experienced hair transplant doctors. In this early stage, it’s impossible to tell you anything about the final outcome. Trust your doctor and wait to see your final result.

In my opinion you shouldn’t have a hair transplant. You are too young with an early stage of hairloss that will probably progresses. Start with a medical treatment for hairloss accompanied by a dermatologist specialist in hair an reevaluate after a year.

Hair transplant is a better option for hairline lowering. Less side effects that surgical lowering with natural results and avoiding a pre-capilar scar.
Which hair transplant option is best for a female, FUT or FUE?

I usually prefer FUT in woman, because shave a woman’s hair in the donor area, even partially, is not the best choice. Apart from this, you can get similar results with both techniques.
