In my experience, nasal swelling can take as much as 6 months to a year to fully resolve. I would recommend staying the course and waiting the appropriate amount of time recommended by your surgeon. Thank you for your questions. I also like to use Exparel for my tummy tuck patients with large muscle repairs. I find that most of these patients however, do still require some sort of oral pain medication in addition to the exparel. Thank  you for your question! Although every surgeon has a different protocol, I advise my patients to remain in a supportive, wire free bra as often as possible for the first few months post op. I find my patients get better long term results when they wear a bra more frequently. I would recommend following up with your surgeon to see what he/she suggests for you! Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. Although every plastic surgeon has a different protocol, I also leave drains in until they have decreased output to less than 25-30ml in a 24hr period. Typically, this takes anywhere from 5-10 days, but occasionally it does take longer. I would continue with the plan your surgeon has and follow up with him. Best of luck to you!

Large weight loss post tummy tuck and breast surgery can potentially result in more excess skin, that might require more surgery in the future. The full tummy tuck with muscle repair will give you the best result regarding removing excess skin and repairing your diastasis recti and umbilical hernia. Although from looking at your pictures, it is possible that you will need a revision surgery, however, I would recommend waiting a full 6 months post op to move forward with a revision.
