Firstly, you are only 2 months post-partum, so you are not a candidate for any cosmetic surgery right now. You need to wait and let your body go through the normal changes after pregnancy. But, it appears that you have skin laxity and lipo will not help this..... in fact, it will probably make things worse. Wait about 6 months and then be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to see if liposuction or a tummy tuck is best. I suspect a tummy tuck will be the right answer.

Based on this PTT value, you would not be a candidate for surgery in my office, and I would suspect that 99% of plastic surgeons would agree (and I would be very suspect of the 1% who may say yes). The best thing to do is to see your physician and repeat the test. It may be an error. If not, have them investigate possible causes and treat that before having elective cosmetic surgery.
