It is hard to say without a physical exam, however, they do look different from one another. If this is new then something has definitely changed.  I recommend a full evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon.  It may be time for a revision. Good luck!

I do not think your breasts will completely drop into the pocket.  If they are under the muscle then the muscle is holding them up where they should be.  The issue is your breast tissue.  It looks like you have ptosis and would benefit from a lift.  A lift will help bring the breast tissue together with the implant and fix the "drooping".  If your implants were to drop to the bottom of the breasts I think you would find them heavier and too saggy overall.

I do not think it is because of your natural anatomy.  It is tough to say without a physical examination but you could be suffering from some capsular contracture (tightening of the scar tissue around the implant) or it could just be the original dissection when the implants were placed.  Either way, this is fixable with revision surgery. I think you are a great candidate for a breast lift with or without implants.  This will help you achieve much better symmetry and correct the ptosis (drooping) of the breasts.  Be sure to visit a board certified plastic surgeon and good luck!

It appears that you have skin excess and some muscle separation in which case a tummy tuck is your best option.  Liposuction is an alternative if there is limited skin excess and excess fat is present but this does not look like the case in your photos.

It is too early say how your scars will ultimately turn out.  It can take up to 2 years for that tissue to fully remodel. That being said, hypopigmentation does not always go away.  You should start using a scar cream recommended by your plastic surgeon.  In the long run, you may be able to tattoo over the light portions.

You are still early enough in your recovery stage to experience discomfort and this will often be asymmetric as healing goes on.  However, it is impossible to say that there is nothing else going on without a physical evaluation.  I suggest you see your plastic surgeon sooner rather than later to make sure.  A hematoma (bleeding in the pocket) can sometimes cause asymmetric pain that is out of proportion.

A mini tummy tuck will not address anything above the belly button.  You have skin laxity above the belly button which tells me you may have been a better candidate for a full tummy tuck.  You can have a revision that entails a full tummy tuck to address this.  Good luck!

Hello, I think it may fall out on its own.  It looks like a dissolvable suture.  That being said, you can trim at the skin level if it bothers you.

It is hard to tell by a photo alone.  I would certainly follow up with your plastic surgeon for a full assessment.  It is common to have some asymmetries while healing.  On the other hand, it could be a fluid collection (such as a seroma) that can be resolved right away with treatment. Good luck!

It appears as though you do have a visible deformity that may be from lowering your fold.  I recommend revision as this is a correctable problem.  This can be done through your same incision site and recovery should be easier and faster than your original surgery.  I recommend discussing with your plastic surgeon.  Good luck.

Your implants may drop some more with time. Your surgeon can evaluate you in person and make sure that you are not developing capsules that keep the implant from moving in the right direction.  It looks like they are reasonably settled in their submuscular pocket, however.  I think the issue is that you have some breast ptosis as well.  A breast lift will elevate your breast tissue over the implant.  So that it does not look like your breasts are going in a different direction than the imp...

Your scar looks normal, however, I am curious as to why you did not do a full tummy tuck to address upper and lower abdominal skin laxity and remove more of your stretch marks? Your scar will continue to mature and fade over more time and the vaginal area may relax some.  Good luck!

There is no reason why your mons cannot be addressed and reduced.  There are several techniques including but not limited to liposuction and direct excision depending on which part of your anatomy is contributing to the appearance.  I always address this with an abdominoplasty but it is not too late for you to have this corrected.
