Sometimes there may be some tightness after arm lipo which can temporarily restrict some range of motion . This should take care of itself over time . You are very early postop and I think you will find this will gradually improve.

You and your doctor will be able to determine the best location for the horizontal tummy tuck incision . Sometimes with a lower placed scar there maybe a need for a small intervening scar between the new umbilical opening and the lower incision.
So simple answer is most likely you can have a lower placed scar.

You should voice your concerns to your surgeon ,so they can help allay these issues. Be assured that your doctor will do everything possible to make you as comfortable as possible . I think you will be surprised after the fact that the procedure was easier to undergo than anticipated. These are common routine procedures .
