What is the best way to fix the dent at the tip of my nose?
Nasal Depression
Apr 2, 2022
Your picture is not that clear. I cannot see the extent of the depression. Conceptually, yes you can have a depression corrected with a filler. You would really be best served with a face to face consultation. This would allow for the palpation of the skin and a direct examination of the depression. A good depends on the cause of the depression. You would also need to balance out if if want a permanent improvement. Hope this helps!

What procedure is needed remove darkness around my lips?
Peri-oral hyper pigmentation
Dec 11, 2021
Hello. It is hard to See the extent of your hyper pigmentation in the photograph you provided. What I can see is some darkness lateral to the corners of your mouth. This may be hyper pigmentation or due to the impact of the lighting when capturing the image.
I recommend to start conservatively. A prescription topical cream while taking some time to see the impact is often a good way to start. even if it is not effective, using this medication prepares the skin for the next step. This could…
Am I a good candidate for rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty
Nov 20, 2021
Hello Charming826,
You can be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Your computer morphing efforts show that you have a good focus and grasp of what you want to loon like. Your next step is to seek a face to face consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Based on your profile views, you may consider a chin augmentation for an aesthetic balance.

Would lipo be enough?
Tummy Tuck vs. Liposuction
Jun 26, 2021
Hello Burlesquerose
You are making the right steps to provide you your desired goals. If I understand your goal, you want your abdomen to look like you did when you weighed 25-35 lbs. less. Your goal is to take the fat from your abdomen and then augment your buttocks with the fat from your abdomen. The later can be done.
Assuming that you still do the same exercise protocol that provided you your abdominal muscles originally, these muscles are still there! What is missing from your question…
Lumpy filler ruined my face. Advice?
Too Much Filler in Lip
May 12, 2021
Hello, Thank you for your pictures. It is difficult to see the lumpiness in photographs. How long after the enzyme was injected are you at now? Best is to spend some time seeing Board Certified Plastic Surgeons that are members of ASPS and ASAPS. The lips can be palpated and a treatment plan can be outlined.

Can someone who has had a sentinel node biopsy get underarm laser hair removal?
Laser underarm hair removal
Apr 18, 2021
Yes, I think it should be safe to do. You are doing the correct things by asking the advice of your surgeon and oncologist. The laser / light energy does not penetrate below the dermis. From what you stated, you did not have any surgery actually preformed in your axilla. Hope your biopsies were negative.
Hope this helps.

Would dermalinfusion improve my skin tone and texture?
Skin Tone and Texture
Apr 13, 2021
Hello, I’m not sure what dermalinfusion represents. I would recommend photo rejuvenation for you. It is an in office treatment. It is ideal for your clinical situation and concerns. Depending on your desired end point, a series of 3-5 treatments are necessary. There is minimal down time and is usually done without anesthesia. It is a non-ablative technology and takes about 30 min for a full face treatment.
Hope this helps.

Am I a good candidate for alarplasty and/or nasal tip reduction?
Nasal tip – alar base change
Apr 11, 2021
Hello – Yes you can benefit from an alar base alteration. I’m not sure what you mean by “bumps” but this could be the medial cura of your nasal lower lateral cartilage. This is the benefit of having a face to face consultation where a through examination can be performed. This is important in that you do not want to be a “re-do” rhinoplasty patient.
In terms of anesthesia, local anesthesia would be injected. However, I would recommend that you have at a minimum, IVCS as you want to be…

Apr 7, 2021
Hello Exuberant
The best treatment based on your pictures i a facelift. You can put in fillers but it would take many and the results would be temporary.
hope this helps.

PLESE HELP – do I have jowls in my late twenties? How do I solve this issues?
filler may help you
Mar 30, 2021
Hello, part of what you are seeing is the natural fullness of your cheek that is altered as you go forward along your jaw line. This is more of a structural difference than a sign of aging. A simple solution is to add filler along your jawline that would blend the contour in the area you outlined. A more permanent solution is to have an jawline implant that does not make the tip of your chin protrude more but fills out the region of your concern.
Hope this helps!
Sincerely,

Can’t tell if I need a rhinoplasty or need to do fillers in my cheeks or non-surgical nose job
Rhinoplasty vs. Buccal fat pad change
Mar 14, 2021
Yes you could benefit from a rhinoplasty. You have a prominent cartilage and boney prominence that could be reduced. You mentioned about having a buccal fat pad reduction. This would be a BAD idea.
Best if you took the time for face to face consultations. This would allow for the actualization of your aesthetic concerns. You do not want to be a revision nasal surgery patient.

Facelift/lower facelift at 40 (my neck skin is so saggy)?
Facelift in the 40’s
Mar 7, 2021
I have many patients that received a facelift in their 40’s. It really depends upon your expectations. The really determining factor is the platysma muscle in you neck. There no lasting minimally invasive procedure that will bring these muscle together. Seek in office consultations that will customize what alternatives are best for you. Sincerely,

Michael Kulick MD

Buccal fat removal or rhinoplasty first?
Rhinoplasty and buccal fat pad change
Feb 28, 2021
Hello,
Let’s start with your nose. The pictures you provided make it difficult to provide you with recommendations. Side views are important. In cases like yours, i have patients bring in pictures of noses they like and dislike from magazines. I request magazine vs cell phone pictures as I often draw on the images. This starts the train of communication. My goal is to get you to communicate your aesthetic vision and then I use computer morphing to give you examples of possible outcomes….

Lip concerns – vermilion and color
Feb 24, 2021
You can have many options. Your picture is very hard to see the exact problem. It looks like a depression that is hypo pigmented and then an area that is hyper pigmented.
So, the real questions is what your priority list of what you want done. What is your main concern? Do you want to make the white region darker? Do you want to fill the depression? Do you want to make the dark spot lighter in color?
A face to face consultation will help you with making such decisions.
Sincerely,
Michael…
