There may be a coincidence with in this situation. Displacement of The spreader grafts is quite difficult 2 years after nose surgery. You may have swelling due to the procedure you had or another reason such as allergic rinitis . These cause swelling of the mucosal membrane of the nose. Also swelling of nasal valve area cause berating problem. I recommend you to have a nasal examination. This may makes every thing clear. Good luck.

These photos are not standart ( front full face portrait and left and right side lateral full face portrait )preop rhinoplasty pictures, since than photos may be misleading. However as far as I got from your pictures you may have a rhinoplasty . the small hump is removed, nose is a little bit shortened . The tip is raised and made narrower. As far as I got from your picture you are a good candidate for abdominoplasty . With this surgery , excess skin below umbilicus is removed and , ifit present, diastasis recti. (Six pack muscles separation and abdominal wall laxity due to multiple pregnancy ) can be repaired . This tightens the abdominal wall. Abdominoplasty makes dramatic improvement on your abdominal area.Good luck for your surgery.

Swelling following rhinoplasty is peak around postop day 2 and 3. This swelling is likely normal. Swelling gradually disappear after postop day 3. But if you have certain concern, I recommend you to call your doctor office and inform your surgeon.
