I think its too soon to evaluate and consider doing surgery this early postop. The capsule needs to form around the implant. I would make any decisions until 3-6 months. Also talk to your doctor about this during a post of visit.

It depend on the demensions of your chest area, which implants are best for you HP (will give you higher projection forward) Moderate you will have implant coverage for out to the sides as well. Sometimes that bothers patients becuase again depending on measuresments they can feel the implant slightly in their armpit. I think the 450cc will get you to a Small D.

It’s not impossible, but it can be painful. If its totally necessary to have it done due to insurance not paying for MRI, I would suggest your doctor giving you a valium just to relax you so its not that painful for you. I would recommend an MRI if possible.

I would suggest waiting 3-6 months post to decide if you want to go any bigger. They do change within that time and you may realize you are happy with the current size. It’s too early to make any decisions for change.

If your a C now, usually with a lift you will lose half cup size. So, I would say yes to the 450cc being a close to a DD. You want to be careful going to big with a lift, it does increase your chances of complications with the incision site. It puts too much pressure on the breast. So I would caution going any bigger.

I would say this is the settling process. So I would not be worried about it at this time. It can take up to three months for the implants to compeltely settle.

No, they would’t make you look over weght. However, large implants over time can cause back and neck pain just like normal breasts.

This is due to what’s called negative vector. Where your eye position is out further than your cheeks. It can be camofloagued by adding a filler to the cheeks but you can’t draw your eyes back in their sockets. It’s your anatomy.

This could be nerves regenerating themselves after surgery. The “gigling” you feel may be air, which is normal working its way out of the body. If pain continues call your doctor again.

Looking at your before pictures looks like your nipples are a little different. I don’t think one is bigger than the other I think its the illusion due to nipples being a little different.

It can help. You just have to go to someone who has expeirence with surgical patietns. Just time and sometimes you can take over the counter Arnica Montana which can be found at any Vitamin shop to help with brusing and swellling.

Looks like your left has not dropped yet which when you have two sides, this can usually happen. One will fall faster than the other. There are bands that your surgeon can recommend for you to wear to help facilitate it dropping faster. Also ask about massaging techniques as well.

Yes, I would recommend a lift. Your nipple position should be half way from shoulder to elbow. In your pictures you can see they are pointing downward. Hope that helps you make your decision.

With the pictures that are shown here. The best approach would be to lift the breast that is much larger and then place the implants in both. Making the drooping breast matching the non drooping breast will have a more natural approach and more asthetically appealing.

I wouldn’t focus too much on the manufacter of the implant. As far as silicone vs saline. Silicone will look and feel more natural. If you want the “done” look or more of a lifted breast than saline would be the choice for you.
