If it was a Laser removal procedure, I would recommend you to avoid make-up for at least 48 hours. However, I would also strongly recommend you to give a quick call to your doctor to confirm this. At this point of time, he/she is the best person to advice you depending on the treated area type of procedure followed.
I have a spot after FUE without hair. Is it normal after 6 months?

Graft failure is the only possibility for seeing empty areas without hairs but I would wait until 8 months has elapsed!
Rubbing the donor area after FUE with damp tissue. Could this lead to side effects or abrasion?

Donor area is generally dressed for first 24 hrs. After this time the dressings can come off and antibiotic appointments (Such as fucidin or polyfax) can be applied thinly and interestingly it heals very fast. Hope this helps.
