If I only look at your pictures I would say sliding genioplasty but looking at your radiograph, you actually have a normal chin. I believe you could benefit from a chin implant as long as it was not too projecting as it woujld make your mentolabial fold deep. You would have more ability to address vertical heigth with a sliding genio. Since the chin implant is much simpler, I think you are a candidate.
