The area is likely still somewhat swollen from the surgery, and this may improve over time. The actual caliber of the vagina should not have changed from doing a labiaplasty, unless other procedures were also done such as a vaginoplasty. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns. You may need to do some vaginal dilation or physical therapy to get the result you are looking for.

The data that shows Femilift effectiveness is based on every 30 day treatments, so we don’t know if an earlier treatment will get as good results. I suspect it would be as good, but we can’t be certain. I would recommend waiting 30 days for best results.
