What you want can be done. The nose structure and skin look appropriate. The nostrils that I can see are large, the tip of the nose is low and there is a slight arch protrusion and i can suggest a revision rhinoplasty

I recommend you Piezo Rhinoplasty. Unfortunately there is no way to make this operation without general anesthesia. There is no breaking in Piezo method also less oedema, purple spot and swelling.Also you dont need silicone for long time, there will be buffer which is going to remove a week later.
