This scar is a good candidate to have a scar revision. The portion in your hairline is hidden well enough but the portion on the forehead would benefit from surgical excisions. I would likely try to place the horizontal componant in and existing forehead crease and the vertical componant something like a w plasty. Acne eruptions after laser resurfacing are very common. Typically these can be treated with antibiotics or nothing at all. I would go back to the practitioner who performed the resurfacing procedure as sometimes light topical steroids may be appropriate to lessen the chance of permanat scaring especially along the jawline. It is tough to tell what is going on from the photos as one has front lighting and the others have overhead lighting to some extent. Fillers last much longer than a week and in particular under the eyes. Helpful information would be what products you have had injected, the volume injected, and exactly where it was placed. The masseter is a pretty large muscle. 25U of botox is usually enough to significantly weaken the muscle symmetrically if the injections are spaced approriately. That being said my personal experience with Xeoman has been less than impressive. A touch up would certainly help. Whoever did your injections can identify parts of the muscle that are still active and targert them. Don' t let this experience deter you. 30 units is a decent dosage if it was all placed in the procerus and corrigator region (11 lines you are showing). I would recommend making sure its been a week since the additional dosage, finding out exactly where it was injected, and possbly looking into that particular lot of botox to see if they had any issue with strength with other patients injected with it. If it was spread out over other areas you may just need more in that region.

Great question.
Options: 1. Together: You could do both at the same and save on having to have two recoveries. Caveats-You would need to ask your surgeon if he does both or if he knows an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon who could take them out once your asleep before the rhinoplasty. Also I would be a little wary of doing this if you were having an alloplastic implant (silicon etc.) placed.
