At 4 months, we do not expect growth of more than 10-15% in general, so you have already received a great result.
Saying this, prospect patients of a hair transplant procedure reading this should not initially believe they can achieve the same outcome as appears you have got a very early result and this is not the case for many others.
Can I get 4000 grafts done in a two day surgery?

Indeed you can have a 4000 Graft implantation in one single day, but there are other variables to consider;
A graft calculator is never as accurate, because you cannot enter the number of surgeries you have had and the graft numbers implanted. We have different head shapes and therefore the area of implantation varies widely, size wise.
And you may be looking for the highest density possible, and getting that high number.
But is your donor region suitable still? Or such harvesting…
Do I need to worry about graths not growing or maybe died?

It is important that you do not wear a hat that fits tight on scalp. Wearing a hat or taking it off doesn’t matter, as long as you do this carefully, without letting the cap/hat touching your scalp during the first 10 days of your recovery.

Once you complete the initial 10 days of recovery, it is not possible to damage the implanted grafts. As you long as you have taken good care of the implanted hairs until they got anchored to the skin, you are fine.

It is very common in Turkey that some no-doctor clinics over-harvest from the donor region and leave it with a patchy look.
Patients like the idea of receiving a high number of grafts in implantation, but the donor region should also be examined carefully and calculations should be done accordingly.
Harvesting 4500 Grafts is quite excessive, meaning your donor region may recover slower than an harvest of 2000 Grafts understandably.

Shedding is part of the initial post-op recovery and applies to all hair transplant patients.
Although there is no date range about when will that happen, it usually starts from the 10th day or so and lasts for a couple of weeks.
Is it not acceptable if you are shedding beyond that point? No, it is still possible.
If you are not seeing the roots attached to hairs, I don’t think there is anything to worry about but monitoring the progress is essential and your clinic should do it.

During the very initial recovery phase, as you would agree, it is very hard to see any hair growing, and what we can only see is the red dots (incisions).
It definitely looks like a dense hairline work, but the question should be how many of those implanted hairs will actually grow? Every region can handle a certain amount of implantation in one session and implanting more and more doesn’t always indicate a denser look. If your body cannot nurture them well, there isn’t much you can do with…
