Your questions are superb. As you are searching for a plastic surgeon make sure you see a large number of that surgeon's before and after pictures. The results speak volumes. You will want to see patient examples that have relevance to you and your concerns. You can determine if the patients look natural to you. And make sure you see close up views of the incisions. The scars should not be perceptible.
