I disagree. I do not believe you will require a “free nipple graft” because the distance from your nipple to the fold underneath your breast looks relatively short. The shorter the distance, the less risk of vascular compromise of the nipple/areola complex. Also, it appears that you may be a candidate for a no vertical scar technique because the distance between your new nipple position and the top of your current areola position is sufficient enough to avoid the vertical scar.
Do I qualify for the mini tummy tuck?

I believe that you will get a more dramatic result with a full tummy tuck. The risk of limiting your surgery to a mini tummy tuck is that you will be disappointed with the contrast between a tight lower abdomen and less tight upper abdomen.

Tummy tuck is a more intense procedure than Liposuction alone!

Tummy tuck with or without liposuction is a more intense procedure than Liposuction alone. The typical liposuction patient should be back to normal daily activities with in 4 to 7 days. A Tummy tuck usually requires 11 to 14 days before a patient is ready to return to normal daily activities.
Can you get good facelift results w/o doing a lower bleph?
Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty is a nice addition to a good facelift!

Yes and No. It is difficult to give you an individualized answer without any pictures. I usually do perform lower eyelid blepharoplasty with facelifts for the reason you stated above. I think your surgeon should be able to demonstrate on you the amount of skin that will be lifted and in which direction. If your lower eyelid skin bunches then a lower eyelid blepharoplasty is warranted.
Juvederm vs Restylane
Find a skilled Injector and leave the decision to them!

Juvederm and Restylane are excellent products and in fact each is a family of products. Juvederm family includes Ultra, Ultra Plus, Voluma, Vollure, and Volbella. Restylane family includes Lyft, Silk, Refyne, and Defyne. Each product has its own unique qualities and attributes. I recommend that you find a skilled injector and trust his or her judgement which product would be correct choice for you.

I would not recommend a facelift for you and in fact if you came to my office for a consultation I would refuse to do the surgery. In my opinion you have volume loss in the prejowl/lateral chin area. Your jowls only look more prominent because of the volume loss in front of them. You are a wonderful candidate for fillers and you are fortunate that the newer fillers such as Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma are so effective in this area.
How effective would lipo on my stomach be for me?

I believe you are a good candidate for liposuction. Your skin quality looks good. I do not see any surgical scars or significant stretch marks that may limit the results. Your results will be more dramatic if you include the hips and flanks. Your ultimate result will depend upon the condition of your abdominal wall muscles and the amount of visceral fat deep to the muscles. Based upon the photos you provided, I would recommend liposuction.

I believe you are thinking about liposuction the wrong way. Liposuction is a contouring procedure not a weight loss procedure. You judge the results in the mirror and not on the scale. After the surgery you may look like you lost weight but you did not.

This happens when a patient has significant breast ptosis (droop) and the surgeon tries to lower the submammary fold too much to compensate for the ptosis. Yes. In my experience it is the rule to combine a tummy tuck with liposuction both on the abdomen and also surrounding areas such as the posterior trunk. The results are more dramatic with the liposuction. It decreases the number of surgeries required for the final result resulting in less recovery time and less cost.

I would like to know the circumstances of your diagnosis of May-Thurner Syndrome and are you symptomatic. If your compression and symptoms warrant intervention such as stent, I would recommend that procedure before the cosmetic surgery. If a stent is not warranted, then I would recommend prophylactic anticoagulation with Lovenox in the perioperative period.
