Your breasts were quite asymmetric before surgery and are still asymmetric. A vertical breast lift on the left side should help that asymmetry. Discuss with your surgeon and consider obtaining another opinion.

I have an open suture. Will I have a nice and invisible scar?

Follow up with your surgeon so they can evaluate you. They will likely institute some wound care to make sure the open wound heals as quickly as possible. Scar revision may be necessary at some point in the future.

Will bruising go away on its own if it's been longer than 2 weeks post breast lift and augment

Given the amount of bruising seen, I would be concerned that there is blood in the pocket which surrounds the implant. An ultrasound should help clarify if the bleeding is only in the breast tissue versus in the pocket surrounding the implant. Discuss with your surgeon.

Probably safest to have the tattoo removed by laser before your breast augmentation procedure. This would be preferable to surgical removal and the scarring associated with that.

Seeing your pre op pictures would be helpful. That said, you should discuss your asymmetry with your surgeon in order to explore options as to what can be done to improve upon it.

Based on the pictures you submitted, you do not appear to be bottoming out at this time. The incision can have a tendency to ride up a bit. Share your concerns with your surgeon. They may want to help support your breasts with something such as an underwire bra.

Your primary problem appears to be sagging or ptotic breasts. You should do well with a breast augmentation along with a lollipop lift or vertical mastopexy. Obtain a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined and discuss in detail.

It looks to me as if your left inframammary fold was somewhat lower than the right to begin with. If we suspect a patient may be bottoming out, we will have them wear a bra, often an underwire bra, to help support the fold and implant. Keep your surgeon informed of your progress.

We tell our patients that breast implants are not necessarily lifelong devices and may need to be changed. While these devices have improved in quality over the years, you should not proceed with surgery believing that implant exchange will never be necessary.
