Hello and thank you for your question and photos.While Botox is great for addressing dynamic wrinkles of the face, it will likely not offer much improvement to your forehead depression unless used in combination with filler.   This combination of treatments will help control dynamic furrowing and also smooth the contour irregularities present at rest.

Hello and thank you for your question and photos.After rhinoplasty, the nose takes many years to heal.  This often involves 3D shrink-wrap healing of the skin and soft tissues.  As this occurs, the normal cartilage of the nose can become deformed or warped.  If the nasal cartilage is weak or thin, the overall shape and structure of the nose can become compromised.  I hope this advice helps you and I wish you the best of luck.

I suggest an in-person consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He or she may be able to use computer morphed imaging to show what they feel is achievable with surgery. 10 days is still very soon after surgery, and swelling will influence the appearance of your result. In general, swelling can give the appearance of:

1) Asymmetry  
2) Irregularities 

I would recommend giving it some time and see how you continue to heal, as the nose changes over time. Your surgeon should be able to answer any questions regarding healing, as he/she knows the details of your procedure. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.

Hello, and thank you for your question and photos. At 10 weeks post-op, there is a large amount of swelling still present; this can create the appearance of asymmetry and irregularities. In general, 70% of the swelling subsides after 3-4 months, and it may take 18-24 months to see the final results of surgery. Swelling after surgery can be due to the following:    

Whether the procedure was a revision
Whether the procedure was open or closed
Whether tip work was performed

15 days is still very soon after surgery, and swelling will influence the appearance of your result. In general, swelling can give the appearance of:

1) Asymmetry  
2) Irregularities 

I would recommend giving it some time and see how you continue to heal, as the nose changes over time. Your surgeon should be able to answer any questions regarding healing, as he/she knows the details of your procedure. I hope this advice helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
