Post vs Pre Tragus incision?

I would recommend a post tragal incision to avoid the scar that the pre tragal insicion leaves. If we do everything fine, I do not leave an unnatural tragus after the surgery. It will look exactly the same as before. It is true that the skin can be a bit thicker than before but if this happens we just thin it down to the level of the tragal skin so it will look the same as before. Great question! The best place to place the scars are behind the ears in the retro auricular groove, and behind the tragus of the ear, since this will hide 100% of the scar. Some surgeons make it anterior to the tragus and this is a mistake because this scar will be very visible. A small portion if the incisions are made in the scalp and this is done in a way that it does not destroy the hair folicules, so it will not kill those hairs, and it will hide perfectly this portion of the scar….

IF you want to improve your facelift result, I would recommend am Eyelid surgery to remove the excess skin and fat pads under your lower and upper eyelids. The neck lift can be done in a better fashion and we can improve your results there. Hope this answers your question. Have a good day.

The Crows feet will improve a little with a facelift. The procedure that I recomend and better improves them is the Forehead lift. Of course if you preform both procedures the result with be optimal. I would not recomend a 1 hour full facelift. You cannot expect a surgeon to preform a 4-5 hour procedure in just 1 and expect the same results. From my experience surgeons that do fast surgeries usually skip most of the necessary steps of the regular procedure, and what this means is that the results will NOT be the same. You can possibly have a good result for 1 year but dont expect more with a 1 hour facelift. Sometimes what these surgeons do is they only cut some skin arround the ear and…

The Best and more lasting Facelift technique is the SMAS Facelift because it lifts the SMAS and with it all the muscles, skin, and tissue that falls down with age. An extended SMAS or deep plane facelift is dangerous because it can damage the Facial nerve that moves all the muscles in the face, so I would avoid that if I were you. It is difficult to address this with your pictures but from what I can see from them, and your age, you can actually benefit from a Lower Facelift. It will give you better and more permanent results than any Ultherapy, Thermage, and any filler. This procedure will give you a better jaw definition, it will take care of the jowls, and if we do a little neck lift, it will also improve this area. Hope this answers your question.
