It is very good looking actually and you should not be worries about that.

It is difficult to tell what is the cause of swelling. Because the swelling can be caused by infection, trauma or displacement of the septal graft.

It is not the good idea to fill up your dents/wrinkles with the Filler. The best way to treat is Fat Grafting.

The pudginess that you concern, maybe caused by internal fat inside your abdomen plus weakness of abdominal muscle.
You should exercise to strengthen, your abdominal muscle and to reduce internal fat by non-invasive laser, exercise and control diet.
