You will need to see your surgeon for the answer to this one.  It could be fluid, retained fat, or muscle tightening sutures that are failing.  My guess is that is one of the first two which are easily dealt with.

That's a tough one...a pre-op photo would give the answer.  If you don't have a photo, get one from your surgeon.  From looking at the photo provided, your tummy tuck might be a good one.  But there is a lot of liposuction that could still be done to give you the result you want.  Remember, the tummy tuck only tightens the skin and muscle but requires liposuction to really give a reductions in size and nice contour.

Nose evaluation is hugely dependent on personal consolation.  And the photo would have to include your upper lip and better yet, the lower third of your face from the top of your nose to the bottom of your chin.  It does appear that you have an elevated nostril that can possible be disguised but not completely "cure".  Best to consult with a surgeon experienced in cosmetic nasal surgery.  Look at their photographs!

To get the figure you want, liposuction will handle all but the lower tummy.  You have muscle laxity and undoubtedly muscle separation.  I would recommend a tummy tuck for best results since liposuction alone won't get rid of half of the tummy bulge.  Moreover, the skin laxity and stretch marks may leave a less than pleasing result.  If you are ok with the stretch marks, tummy bulge, and looseness of the skin, you could simply do suction.  It's a matter of your limitations of time off and ...

Bruising in small areas is not uncommon after breast surgery.  However, if it expands and is accompanied by pain and/or swelling, you need to see your surgeon immediately.  Yours is not worrisome as far as I can tell from the photo.

Without photos no solid answer is possible.  If you're looking for something "non-invasive", CoolSculpting" might do the trick.  It usually takes 3 treatments for the average "little tummy bump".  The fat is rendered useless for transfer to the buttocks.  We perform that all day in our medical spa.  However, liposuction is a much more powerful tool and the fat can be preserved and transferred to your buttocks, which is what the modern BBL procedure is.

In my experience, a month after a tummy tuck will give you a really good look at what your final result is, though healing is not complete and swelling is not totally down.  You didn't mention if any liposuction is done but this is hugely important when doing a TT in all but the most lean individuals.  Tummy tucks get rid of excess skin and associated fat, but liposuction is the big size reducer.  My opinion is that you will be unsatisfied with a persistent muffin top unless you ult...

That could be pus or it could be the white from the steroid injection.  If there's pus it's probably from a suture that hasn't dissolved completely.  These areas are usually inflamed and a little red.  If it's left over steroid from an injection, it would have minimal pain and the material is more white.  Without photos or a better history, it's hard to tell.  Best to see your surgeon!

We would need to see profile photos to see if a chin implant is even possible or desirable.  From the front view, it appears unlikely to be helpful.  It is possible however, to narrow your chin where the arrows are pointing by using a surgical instrument to remove some of the bone along your jaw.  If your chin itself is receded on the profile view, the implant you asked about would help as well, but not by itself.

I'm afraid that the likelihood that the indentation will go away on it's own is close to zero.  However, that doesn't mean it can't be remedied.  It appears that the area surrounding it could be suctioned to help disguise the depression, and the the indentation could be grafted with your own fat.  I hope your surgeon is familiar with these techniques and is willing to help you.

I'll be you would do well with liposuction alone.  There are some issues with the scar and the alignment that could be improved but that is another question.  You could use a lot of liposuction to decrease your overall size and improve your shape.  I doubt this would create a scenario where you would need to totally revise the tummy tuck, depending upon how your skin feels on exam.  Some surgeons are reluctant to do a lot of liposuction at the same time as the tummy tuck.  I typically suctio...
