It is great that the surgeon comes highly recommended and is one of the top surgeons in the field, but it is also important that you have a connection with your doctor. It is important for the doctor to make you feel comfortable and build trust. On the other hand, this doesn't necessarily affect his work. It's always best go on a few consultations to see all of your options. Good luck.

Mild asthma is typically not a problem for this type of procedure. If needed, an appointment with your primary doctor for medical clearance may be scheduled. Even if no clearance is needed, I always have my patients bring their inhaler the morning of surgery.

Thanks for your ququestion. There are different way face and neck lift procedures are done. My approach is highly individualized to patient's need. Different techniques are available. In your case we need to address forehead, upper and lower eyelids, cheeks ,lines around mouth, jowls and neck.This will require rejuvenation of forehead, upper and lower blepharoplasty,face and neck lift, with some SMAS procedure and fat transfer to face.
