In my office every consult leaves with a prospective cost sheet that delineates exactly what procedures are to be done and exactly the cost of each one. At the bottom of the cost analysis sheet (quote sheet) it clearly says, "This quote will expire in 90 days". I have no desire to have patients hold on to cost quotes for any longer without re-evaluation of both their issues and level of interest.

Looking at your photo I do not see a major aesthetic issue. A small amount of filler around the nasal folds of concern would be adequate . As always caution must be used in this area to avoid injecting into blood vessels

Looking at your submitted photo I think your lips look just fine. If you do anything to enlarge or add fullness to what you presently have you will have unnatural looking lips out of proportion to your face and other features. My recommendation is to do nothing to your lips as they are already very nice.

Your photos show a lower eyelid that would clearly benefit from the lifting and elevating accomplished by a lower blepharoplasty. Fat repositioning and/or removal as needed will also smooth the tear trough area.You are a good candidate for a conservative blepharoplasty done with local anesthesia in the office operating room This would take about 30 minutes be almost painless except for a few easy injections and in one week after surgery the sutures are removed and you will look fabulous.
