Hi, I’m glad to answer your question. After three months the swelling in most patients should be gone or almost gone. Considering that you had excessive bruising on the P.O. and that you had fluid accumulation, your healing time might take somewhat longer than in most cases. What you might be feeling on your cheeks is the fibrosis/scar tissue resultant from excess fluid that was not drained. With time it will go away by itself. You might continue your massages as instructed….
