Hello; The most common cause of pain during intercourse is dryness that happens with menopause, so correcting that would be my first suggestion. If that doesn’t seem to be the problem and you have elongated labia minora( inner lips), labiaplsty may help you with the pain. My suggestion is that you should see your Gynecologist to see if there any other contributing factors.
