You can have either and should not really ne an issue as long as you give it adequate time after the treatment before returning to active contact sport. If opting for an implant, probably safer to consider a solid implant such as Medpor rather than silicone. Alternatively you could also consider genioplasty and if given time, it should be no different yo your own jaw once the healing is complete.

You have good support in he midface with hardly any ptosis and certainly adequate volume. I would suggest a lower facelift that is also likely to improve your neck excess skin if done appropriately.
