The hymenal ring comes in many different configurations. Very difficult to see in picture but seems to be within normal limits. If you want to make sure see your local gynecologist to get that definitive reassurance.

I understand why she may be concerned but you are a candidate. Seek someone who is experienced and get a consultation and full evaluation. The recovery is not as much of a commitment as the labiaplasty.

The effects are not permanent because the body is in a constant state of remodelling. And the forces that work against us are constant… time and gravity.
Now all these technologies are new. Maybe with studies over longer periods of time we may see longer lasting results with repeated treatements like with BBL….I am super interested.

There is no data on Sjogren’s and vaginal therapy. I have had 1 patient and she is happy with her Diva therapy but I used multiple modalities including PRP and hormones.
What I can tell you is that radiofrequency was only mildly helpful. Diva was clearly superior for her and it was because I could customize setting in a very unique way as it is a combination of 2 types of lasers.

Based on anatomy, unlikely to be affecting your Bartholin’s gland. With your “new anatomy” underlying things may be revealed for example varicose veins. If you are concerned you should be seen by a gynecologist or your cosmetic surgeon. Sometimes we all just need a little reassurance.
