I know you don’t have the time or money to see a doctor for your hair right now, AND I think you know that is what you need. Online advice just isn’t going to be able to diagnose and treat you properly, and any patchy loss like this immediately raises alarm bells for a more significant inflammatory process that has the risk of permanent loss.

Yours is not an easy case, and I’ve seen many like this before. Lots of these come out of cheap medical tourism surgery centers in Turkey, Iran, India etc. The good news is that it is likely this can be improved significantly.

There is this fallacy propagated on the internet that somehow stem cells are these magical entities that go wherever they are needed and cure the disease or reverse aging. This is simply not true.
