I agree with the other physicians who have answered, that this is normal remnants of your hymen. It is your personal decision to have that area reconstructed and can be discussed with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question and your history. It is hard to tell based off of the photos alone if you have any prolapse. Prolapse can be in more than one compartment (bladder, uterus/upper vagina, rectum, and perineum). It is best to document prolapse on examination, as well as your kegel muscle strength, with a Urogynecologist while you are straining or bearing down. I am a fellowship trained Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgeon), but am not familiar with these tablets. Upon review of the herbal ingredients, there are none that stand out to me as being effective or for “vaginal tightening”. I certainly hope this answer helps.
