Due to my personal experience Vaser Liposuction is the best technique for now. I have been use it more than 2 years and so satisfied with the result. For my personal experience I can say you that vaser lipo can correct it easily. Because at the pictures it looks like you don’t have too much skin excess. If there is you need extra skin excisions . But for your case it is only 15 minutes to take out it.

For my opinion it is better to downsizing the implant without changing pocket location. Actually when I looked at your breasts it looks like you have some capsule formation. And if there is a capsule the pocket gets smaller and you feel your implants bigger. I read that they used ultra high profile implant. It means that the base diamater is not so wide. Your surgeon can choose a moderate plus profile implant which has same basement with yours and has less projection will solve your problem…
