You will be provided some form of local anesthetic prior to the procedure to help with discomfort. This will help reduce any discomfort associated with the injection of the PRP. The discomfort will be directly related to the amount and where the PRP is injected.

Thank you for sharing. ThermiVa can be used for both external and internal treatment of the vagina. Your symptoms and desired outcomes will determine whether both areas would be recommended to be treated. Based on your description it sounds like you would only need external treatment of the labia. You do not have to have the internal treated if you are only seeking improvement in the appearance of the external labia. You do typically need a series of three treatments scheduled about 6 weeks...

Thank you for sharing. ThermiVa is contraindicated in patients who are currently pregnant. We recommend waiting until after delivery for treatment. This would likely give you the most benefit as well if you are planning a vaginal delivery which can further relax the tissues. We do recommend that if you do decide to proceed with treatments scheduling a series of three about 6 weeks apart and from there you can typically maintain with one or two a year.

Thank you for sharing. It depends on what/where you are using the clobetasol treatment. Occasional clobetasol can be used vaginally and in those instances you would want to avoid treatment until the area was fully treated/healed. If you are are using it in an area other than the are to be treated, there would be no need to hold off on ThermiVa treatment. Hope this helps!
