Hi. You may have developed a (late) fluid collection around the implant called a seroma. This can be established by a sonar / ultrasound. There are many causes of fluid collection around implants and it is important to find out more about it, so my suggestion is to see your plastic surgeon as soon as logistically possible so that further review can take place. If it is fluid, then some of that fluid will be drained off for lab analysis.

Hi. Late seromas are never normal and need to be investigated fully. If logistically possible, fluid should be tapped off under ultrasound guidance and sent for full analysis. Do you know what “make” of implants you have in place and whether or not they have a textured surface? If there is no resolution within a couple of weeks, I suggest you have a plastic surgeon review your case.

Hi. Each doctor will offer the approach with which they feel most comfortable. I do all my labiaplasty surgeries under local anaesthetic and light oral sedation and it works perfectly well in my hands.

Liposuction may work. A full examination by a board certified doctor will be needed to ascertain that this is fat vs bone and that there is no hernia in the area.

Based on the pics provided – I would not use an implant at all. I might consider using an “auto-augmentation” but lifting some of the lower pole tissue up higher and fixing it to the chest wall – so all your own tissue and no implants at all. I think you need to be realistic in your expectation of a result – your boobs are not going to be “perky” forever regardless of what is done.
