You should try the neuromodulators (botox, Dysport, Xiomin, ....) first. and if you liked the results then you are set. Surgery always has issues. You will have scaring and you may not get exactly what you want. Follow me on IG if you like @BeautyByDrRostami

Epicanthoplasty usually will have scarring and may not go away that easily.
