Hello thank you for your question, as far as I see from your photos you have a sharpe mandible angle which is due to the hypertrophic masseter muscle, we apply botulinum toxin to the massetericus region which helps that part the angle of your mandible become more feminine. Even though you had that needling treatment that you mentioned before, that will not correct the problem about the volume change at your mid and lower face region. To correct that problem we need to perform deep plane neck lifting which mimics the natural position of facial fat pads. This is what I recommend you to have.

Hello thank you for your question. Our recommendation for you in this matter is finding a good doctor for all these 3, you should choose between the ones who do only faces. I frequently perform combined surgeries and these 3 are the ones which I combined the most. Chin and rhinoplasty surgeries are a good combination to improve the profile look and lip lift also gives important support on the profile. That’s why all three should be evaluated relatedly.

If I were you I would definitely go for rhinoplasty, doing fillers to your nose will only make it bigger. It will not only waste your money, but also will not satisfy you with the result. If you don’t feel going for a rhinoplasty is the right option maybe you shouldn’t do it right now, but that shouldn’t lead you to any other procedures that will not satisfy you. Hello dear Andy thank you for your question. Those two procedures can be done together, in your specific condition those photos are not suitable to evaluate your situation. As far as I see from your photos you have a good skin quality and I assume that you don’t have excess skin which means that the best procedure will fit for you will be the ones that are endoscopic ones which leaves no skin incisions such as endoscopic mid face lift.
