Many times, superficial liposuction of the chin or neck region can yield a very nice outcome with an improved jawline and profile. However, it's not a fix all. If the anatomy is such that there is fat deep to the muscles of the neck, it can't be suctioned, but it can be removed. Typically a 3 cm incision is made in or near the chin crease. The simple answer is to get the liposuction because you simply are NOT going to have loose skin after it's done.  You're too young to have that as a problem.  Note that even in older patients who have liposuction (and probably shouldn't have) their skin doesn't really get "loose" it just looks older.The longer answer is that laser liposuction combined, perhaps, with a chin implant might give you a better outcome.  It's hard to be sure that the chin implant is needed because I can't see a pro...

Yes, I do.  However, in order to get that hourglass figure you will also need some liposuction around the torso along with that tummy tuck.In my experience, the tummy tuck makes you flatter, but it's the liposuction that gives you the "S" shaped silhouette.  I often recommend both for my patients.Good Luck!

Oh Boy!  You don't even know the gravity of the question you are asking.  Fat grafting is a very useful tool that has become popular with facelifts.  It is also fraught with issues.The photos you posted have you smiling, which raises the molar fat pad and is not a true version of what you look like in repose.  That said, a little bit of grafting at the time of the deep plane facelift is not a bad idea and most people like the outcomes better.Good Luck!
