A breast augmentation with implants would certainly give them a nice improvement in volume and projection. Options other than implants include fat harvest via liposuction with fat grafting to the upper poles, with or without a mastopexy (breast lift), and "auto-augmentation" using excess skin from the sides of the chest or back for patients with a lot of residual skin laxity in the bra-line. In your particular case I think lift alone would result in an improved "A-cup" look which you may be...

A good skin care regimen incorporating Retin-A or higher penetration retinol combination products is a good place to start and maintain acne prone skin. CO2 laser resurfacing or a series of fractionated CO2 treatments can improve large pores and acne scars. Microneedling is also a good option with potentially less down time but requires multiple treatments. An in-person, in-depth consultation is always a good place to start!
