I am sorry I can not give you a very accurate answer since I don't have a picture of your entire chest. I also need to know your height and weight and your desires of size. A breast lift also complicates the procedure and implant size will be affected. A ballpark estimate would be a 300 to 400cc moderate profile implant. Please see your surgeon and go over your options.

Yes, you can place 400 to 450cc implants to replace the 400gm removal. These implants will definitely replace your lost volume. CC's and Grams are not exact but are close. The surgeon will be able to help you with implant size.

I would highly recommend that you move up your surgery. You don't want to keep this fluid for several months. There is a chance of infection and the fluid potentially could cause bleeding. There is also a rare potential for a lymphoma with the textured implants.

Yes, you can have your implants removed. However, you need to see an oncologist to discuss your genetics and determine if your breasts need to be removed as well. As far as a nipple sparing vs a complete mastectomy, this needs to be discussed with a general surgeon. The key now is your safety and the risks of breast cancer now and in the future.

You can use either implant. The difference between the 2 devices is approximately 1/2 cup size. You are quite petite and dimensionally I think you would be better with the 475cc device. You will get cleavage with the 500cc moderate plus implant. You will bulge more to the sides with the larger implant.

You can definitely go large since your chest dimensions and volume of your breasts will accommodate a large implant. You can easily use a 500 to 600cc implant. Your breast are droopy to begin with and if you add an implant, this will contribute to more droopiness in the future. You may be required to get a breast lift in the future.
350cc high profile or 325cc moderate profile for natural look?

The volume of the 2 sizes your surgeon recommended is essentially the same. The difference is in the dimensions. If your chest is narrow, the high dimension fits better. The moderate profile does not project as much and some women prefer this look. I think you can choose either implant, it really depends on what shape and projection you desire.
