You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. I would use a closed approach. There would be no external incisions, and all of the work would be done through the nostrils.  The bumps along the bridge of the nose can be reduced and the tip could be refined for balanced elegant contour   You should expect an excellent result.

For maximum RF Microneedling results, a series of 4 initial treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart is recommended.  Maintenance treatments are advised to be 1 per season with a minimum of 2 per year.  These recommendations should allow for maximum results for improved appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, increased elasticity, collagen production and improvement in skin texture and tone.

Upper Blepharoplasty is the recommended procedure based on the photographs provided.  Incisions created in the natural fold of the eyelid would allow for the removal of excess skin.  This procedure can be performed in the office under local anesthesia.  Eyelid surgery incisions generally heal very well with bruising and swelling to be expected over a 1 to 2 week period.

Your best bet is likely to treat the gummy smile with Botox, Dysport, Juveau, or Xeomin to relax the lip.  If you then decide that you want a more plump appearance, you can augment the lip with injectable fillers.  In the long run a more long term solution can be achieved with surgery, but the temporary options are very worth while to consider.

A mini lift and a full facelift can be done in the office with local anesthesia or in the surgery center with IV sedation or general anesthesia. This area is quite risky and requires expert knowledge of anatomy and experience operating regularly in this area to inject it safely. You could have a closed rhinoplasty and have excellent results.  The bridge of the nose and the bump can be reduced for a permanent natural looking outcome.  Liquid rhinoplasty has limitations that would likely not fully address your concerns and may leave you wanting more done.  In my practice I would be recommending the closed rhinoplasty for you to get the best result.

You will only require oneSyringe of filler. I most often used you a gram Voluma or Restylane lift to accomplish results in the nose. I also use cannulas to perform liquid rhinoplasty safely.
