Hello Lidia90,The more times you go into the nose the less predictable the result is doing to be.  As a result, if you only have a minor asymmetry and you undergo a 4th surgery your chance of improvement is equal to the risk of things being worse.  I'd be very cautious to undergo another procedure.  I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello Ilovechihuahas,You are developing mild jowls.  Yes, a cheek lift would address that, but it seems a bit invasive for the degree of laxity you have developed.  I don't think you will see much improvement in the sagging with RF microneedling.  It will help the skin texture and quality and cause some tightening as well, but probably not enough to make you happy for that condition.  Another option that involves RF but is a little more invasive is EmbraceRF.  It combines FaceTite and RF m...

Hello rrrrrrrrrr,I would not recommend having your neck tightened at the same time of your thyroid removal.  Trying to use the same incision for the thyroid to tighten the neck would lead to a very noticeable scar.  Using the standard incision to help tighten at the same time as the thyroid would likely lead to a widened thyroid scar.  I'd wait to have the neck tightened for 6-12 months after your thyroid surgery.I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello ElsaMariaCristina,For patients with a prominent submandibular gland, a traditional facelift won't address that.  A facelift will remove the excess skin and resuspend the sagging tissues.  If you have prominent and sagging submandibular glands, they will still be present.  This just leads to a little fullness in those areas.  I would disagree that it would make you look worse after a facelift.  The rest of the lift would create a more youthful appearance.  As far as addressing the subma...

Hello Sophsam1,Steroid injections can help to decrease scar tissue.  They are most effective when used during the healing period.  Given that it has been 4 years since your surgery, it would not be expected that steroids would offer much.  Once of the risks of having surgery overseas is the lack of follow up.  If you are concerned about your result I'd recommend you follow up with your treating physician and schedule the flight. I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello Changeissometimesbad,Accutane is an amazing medication for acne.  However, it can affect scar healing.  It is usually recommended to wait at least 6 months for an incisional procedure, and at least a year for a skin resurfacing procedure.  I'd recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon to learn about your options and help determine what and when a treatment is right for you.

Hello Mamaberr,Most of what you are seeing is laxity of the skin.  There are various treatment options for that.  Surgery can be an excellent option.  The reason you see "cat" eyes with some people is not because they had a surgery but how that surgery was performed.  I'd recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon and take a look at his or her before and after photos to make sure it is inline with what you are trying to accomplish. I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello Jessicaw51,Given your complex medical history of a surgery around birth to help with a growth on your neck, an in person exam would be needed to determine what is causing the issue.  If that is a lax muscle or skin, that is much more readily corrected than a thick scar band.  I'd recommend consulting with a facial plastic surgeon to help determine what your options for improvement may be.  I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello KittyKat2018,A lifting procedure does not address the wrinkles around the mouth.  Those are best addressed with resurfacing procedures such as lasers and chemical peels.  I hope this helps and good luck.

Hello MLP12,A facelift will help to improve the sagging tissue.  For those with deep cheek rhytids taking out the slack will help them as well.  However, to truly improve the skin quality and texture that takes resurfacing.  I prefer to resurface around the time of surgery.  The eyes and mouth can be resurfaced at the same time.  If you resurface above the skin elevated and lifted with surgery at the same time it does increase the risk of skin loss.  I usually wait a few days after surge...
