You need to give the healing more time--at least a year or so before you consider any revision. A labiaplasty revision may be necessary to take care of the pain. Unfortunately, you cannot regrow tissue that was cut away. I would do extensive research and find a doctor who has done countless revisions. There is no guarantee of a good result, but with the degree of suffering that you are experiencing, it may be worth it.
