With the number of procedures you had, your swelling is expected to be prolonged. If it were only the upper and lower eyelids, then I would expect much more improvement in the swelling at this date. However, the addition of the browlift significantly adds to the eyelid swelling and should improve greatly given a little more time. Dr. Dahiya also makes a good point.
