Rhinoplasty surgeons should be able to diagnose a deviated septum.  The curvature in the bridge of your nose would suggest a septal deviation.

Thank you for including photos with your concerns. Nasal tip swelling can take a long time to resolve after rhinoplasty.  I typically tell my patients not to spend too much time looking in the mirror for the first couple weeks after rhinoplasty because it is easy to become discouraged by temporary inflammatory changes. Thank you for including photos with your concerns. Jowling tends to be an age-related process and it is unlikely that jowl descent or significant skin laxity would be present at a young age.  If you are looking to improve the contour of your jaw and neckline you may want to consider using fillers or fat transfer to create a sharper, more linear shape.  Early signs of aging can also be improved using nonsurgical skin tighteners such as Ultherapy.

Thank you for including photos with your question. In the morphed image you attached, you are slimming the bridge as well as the tip of the nose and narrowing the nostrils. These changes can only be made with a rhinoplasty and alarplasty. You are still very early in the healing process. Generally at 6 weeks it is common to have swelling under the chin. Salivary glands look different than generalized swelling and can be a more challenging problem.  Photographs would be helpful to determine if the area of concern is swelling, salivary glands or skin.

Without photos it is hard to tell, but from your description, it sounds like you would be a good candidate for either hyaluronic-acid based fillers, more of a temporary solution or a facial fat transfer, more long lasting. Both procedures help with restoring the lost facial volume as a result from aging. Attaching photographs would make it a little easier to have a meaningful discussion about potential therapies.
