This incredible patient entrusted me to address persistent fullness in her right face after a failed fatty tumor, or lipoma was removed by another surgeon. Unfortunately, the lipoma had returned larger than before.
Using an intraoral approach, we removed the entire tumor, sparing her any additional scars! Fun fact: this is a similar approach to buccal fat removal, but that particular fat pad lives slightly higher in the cheek.
