Botox is very effective in relaxing the muscles that cause TMJ(jaw pain).  The effect is temporary(3 to 6 months), so you would need to have the treatment repeated a few times a year. Thank you for your question.  If you are working with a board certified Facial Plastic surgeon, there is no reason that lower blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty shouldn't be done by the same physician on the same date.  You benefit by recovering once, undergoing anesthesia once and paying for facility and anesthesia once.  If this is not possible, I would do the lower eyes first since the swelling from rhinoplasty takes much longer to subside.  Good luck and be well!Michael R. When an insurance company denies a request for medically necessary surgery, you may have to appeal.  If the appeal also is denied you may have to have the surgeon do a peer to peer review with the insurance company.  Upper eyelid surgery is often considered cosmetic and denied fairly regularly.  They want to make sure that you meet the criteria before they will approve a surgery like this. Although upper eyelids and brow lift can be performed together, in your case I would just recommend upper blepharoplasty.  Your eyebrows look symmetrical and positioned correctly on the brow bone so brow lift isn't necessary.  There are many skin treatments available and good medical grade products that can be recommended by Facial Plastic Surgeons as well as Dermatologist's.  What ever you choose, Board Certified is best. Thank you for your questions and the photo's.  It looks like you have good symmetry and a nice looking profile. The scar under your nose should heal. We recommend a good silicone based scar gel to help with that little line under the nose.  Sometimes people chase what they see as the perfect nose not realizing that the more times you have surgery, the more complications can arise. You were great about documenting in photo's the journey to what appears to be a little brown spot on your lip.  If I look closely in the photo's, I see a small cold sore like bump under the skin of your lip. Once this little bump went down, you are left with a brown mark. I personally would wait until after you do surgery.  A skilled facial plastic surgeon will look at your eyelids and not the eyebrows when deciding how much skin to remove. I recommend waiting 6 to 8 weeks after your upper eyelid surgery has healed to have microblading performed.  If you don't plan to have surgery for a few years, you can have microblading done any time and it won't affect the outcome in the future. Septoplasty can straighten a deviated septum and can improve air flow.  There are other factors that would need to be addressed as to why you're still having breathing issues like do you have enlarged turbinate's? Do you have a valve collapse? Allergies?  I would definitely get another evaluation from a surgeon that specializes in facial plastic surgery, and is also an ENT.  You can set a plan and get your breathing improved.
