Have you ever done a small crown procedure? Around 300-500 grafts?
Crown hair loss
Jun 18, 2020
Addressing the crown with hair transplantation as a stand-alone procedure can be very underwhelming for a patient.  The crown is a difficult area to achieve the appearance of adequate density.  IT is not as much the amount of grafts that factor into the appearance of density but rather the other factors which can limit the appearance of adequate density to the crown.  The radial growth of hair in the region, the convex shape of the scalp, and the directional growth of hair all limit the ap…
Will shaving down the dorsal hump affect a drooping tip?
Will hump reduction affect tip?
Jun 2, 2020
In order to address your specific concerns, photos would be needed.  However, in the vast majority of cases, the tip needs to be supported to address a long, droopy nose.
Can a rhinoplasty change the size of my nostrils?
Changing nostril size in rhinoplasty
May 27, 2020
Nostrils can be changed in size by using various techniques in rhinoplasty.  the size of the nostrils can be altered and made smaller by small incision around the nostrils whether along the inside or the outside–depending on the exact goals and the shape of the nostrils.  Alar base reductions can make the nostril size smaller and also change the shape of the nostrils to have them appear more oval and less circular in shape.  Alar flare reductions can leave the nostril size unaltered whi…
What are you thoughts my nose and how to get a very, very slight curve?
Male hump reduction with thick skin
Apr 28, 2020
The most important aspect to be taken into consideration in your case is the thickness of the skin.  Thick skin is a setup for the potential of a pollybeak deformity or fullness in the area above the tip. In your case, it is not simply the reduction of the bridge but the adequate support of the tip which would enable the best long term outcomes.
Are my rhinoplasty goals achievable? And how would they be achievable?
Rhinoplasty goals
Mar 26, 2020
In your case, the tip can be narrowed and slightly supported on the profile view which would allow for a straighter appearance to the nose from the profile.  The front of the nose can be straightened likely through asymmetric osteotomies and addressing the deviation of the cartilage.
Can I please get clarification on my slanted nose and the solutions to it?
Deviated nose
Mar 24, 2020
It does appear that the external shape of your nose is deviated.  It is not uncommon to see a nose that slightly deviates to one side without necessarily a history of an accident or trauma.  the deviation of the septum can only be determined by an internal examination of the nose.  You can have an external deviation of the nose without an internal deviation of the septum–which is the cartilage that divides the inside of the nose.
What do you think would improve my nose? It is broken, needs a cartilage graft and asymmetrical
rhinoplasty for asymmetry of the nose
Jan 30, 2020
It appears from the photos that your nose is deviated and is asymmetric.  To address these issues, both the cartilage as well as the bones of the nose need attention.  You would benefit from a septorhinoplasty to help correct the deviation of the nose and restore symmetry to the nose.  These are involved procedure and require a surgeon with a lot of experience in crooked noses and rhinoplasty.
Do I have a deviated septum or is my nose just crooked? What could I do to fix this issue? (Pho
Crooked nose versus deviated septum
Jan 30, 2020
A nose will appear crooked for multiple reasons one of which can be a deviated septum.  A crooked nose itself does not necessarily mean your septum is deviated.  However, if the septum is deviated it has to be addressed to correct a deviated nose.  Rhinoplasty surgeons always need to address a deviated septum at the time of surgery to ensure both proper function and aesthetic of the nose.
Is otoplasty possible for me?
Otoplasty
Jan 10, 2020
It does appear that your ears can be reshaped to allow for the setting back of the cartilages.  The fold you are creating in the ear with your fingers can be created using sutures placed behind the ears.  If you have very thick and strong cartilages, they can be weakened with certain techniques in surgery to allow them to be set back.  Although relapse after otoplasty can occur, it is rare.
Is it possible to make my broad square-tipped nose look narrower?
Tip refinement in rhinoplasty
Jan 10, 2020
It does appear in your case that refinements can be made to the shape of your tip.  The tip cartilages can be narrowed and brought together to provide you with more tip refinement.  Techniques would need to be implemented to narrow the tip but also preserve the support needed in the tip cartilages.
How to achieve a slight dorsal augmentation if I don’t want to have implants or rib?
dorsal augmentation without implants
Jan 8, 2020
If you do not desire rib cartilage or a nasal implant for dorsal augmentation, diced ear cartilage can be used to provide for a very natural result.  In this manner cartilage taken from an incision behind your ear is diced and placed in a mold in the shape which would provide for the most natural augmentation of the bridge.  Utilization of this technique affords not using artificial implants in the nose or cartilage from the rib to provide for nice aesthetic results for bridge heightening.
Can an osteotomy give at least 1-1.5mm height to a nose bridge that is not deficient in height?
raising the nasal bridge height
Jan 6, 2020
Osteotomies do not provide height to the nasal bridge.  They primarily serve to narrow the width of the nasal bones but do not provide for additional nasal bridge height.  Augmentation of the bridge is achieved is achieved separately via other rhinoplasty techniques.
Can rhinoplasty help correct my crooked nostrils?
Nostril asymmetry
Dec 19, 2019
Based on the photos, the tip can be supported and elevated and the bridge can be straightened.  Nostril reductions can be performed to reduce the flare of the nostrils.  These changes would make nice aesthetic differences and address the concerns you are having about the shape of the nose.  It is very unlikely, however, that surgery would create nostril symmetry from the base view up the nose.
How much millimeters can surgery project the nose?
Rhinoplasty limitations
Nov 25, 2019
The degree of projection of the nose as in other aspects of rhinoplasty has its limitations based on the anatomy the of the nose.  Factors such as the degree of skin thickness will limit the projection of the nose.  Every case has to be individualized but in general the most projection can be achieved in patients with pre-existing tip cartilage under-projection and thicker skin.  In such cases these maneuvers help to create more definition to the tip.
What kind of nose job would work best for me?
Goals for rhinoplasty
Nov 1, 2019
Based on your photos and goals, you appear to be a very good candidate for rhinoplasty.  Rhinoplasty can lower the bridge of the nose and elevate and support the tip of the nose from the profile.  From the front, the bridge can be narrowed and the tip refined.  It is best to choose a surgeon you have met and you feel comfortable they can attain your goals.  Discuss with them your concerns about the anesthesia and your options for anesthesia.
