Based on your photos I think you are a good candidate for cervical liposuction with a facelift. You could also add a neck lift to refine the central part of the neck as well. If budget is a concern then I think you would get the most improvement with lipo and a facelift. Treating keloids will require multiple approaches. If the keloid is pedunculated you could treat with surgery to remove but I would also recommend treatment with Kenalog injections as well. The short answer is yes you can have a septoplasty after a rhinoplasty. I would recommend that you wait 2 months following the rhinoplasty to allow swelling to decrease. By no means will your cosmetic changes be settled by this point. However, addressing the septum will typically improve airflow through the nose and should not disrupt the appearance of the nose. The short answer is no but I will tell you that this would depend upon how much of the turbinate was previously resected. You do NOT want to too much tissue removed. This could lead to a sensation of no airflow through the nose (empty nose syndrome). Yes it is not uncommon to be swollen 9 days post op. In addition, the fat grafting is certainly contributing to your swelling in the face. The swelling could take several weeks to resolve but the first 2 to 3 weeks are when significant amounts of swelling decrease. The best thing to do is eat a healthy diet and avoid sodium and carbohydrates. Hang in there, it will improve. Be sure to stay in touch with your surgeon.
