Overall you obviously still have "good" hair, having said that as others have mentioned with hair loss it is much better to be proactive and prevent loss rather than to wait for it to worsen. I agree with several of the other comments in that you seem to be an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty based on the photographs. You seem to have a very symmetric nose which is a very helpful starting point. The changes that you are hoping for are certainly achievable through sculpting the cartilages that make up the tip of the nose. Based on the photographs provided I would agree with others in that an upper eyelid "lift" or blepharoplasty would be best. I suspect that you do not need a browlift which is a bit more involved surgical procedure. I also do not think that Botox will give you enough of a lift to completely compensate for the extra skin in your eyelid.

I think you can definitely expect a nice improvement with regards to tip definition. Getting the exact change you might want for your nostril shape can be more challenging. That is not to suggest that changing your nostril shape is not possible - it certainly is.
