Each revision with Rhinoplasty gets riskier. However, I do agree that your nose can be refined, and that you're being realistic. As such, you can consider a third revision by an experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon. At your consultation, your risks and benefits should be detailed so you can make a good decision. Hello! In short, you may consider having both operations at the same time. Your nose is large for your face and has a hump on the bridge. Your chin is weak or under projected. Having both surgeries will make your face and profile more balanced and pleasing. I would research and find a board certified facial plastic surgeon that you like to do the job!

Hello! Your brows seem to be in good position. You will benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty with a 1-2 week recovery. Typically, my patients return to work in about a week. Your epicanthic folds is not an issue. You can see a board certified plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or occuloplastic surgeon for this operation. For your lower lids, you can consider resurfacing with either laser or a chemical peel. Good luck!

Since you are not happy with the results, you may consider getting a second opinion with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to go over your options. Most importantly, you want to be able to close your eyes after surgery and not suffer from dry eyes. A good physical examination is in order to see if more skin can be removed or not. It will probably also make you feel better to get another expert opinion/consultation. Take care.
